Graduation

If you've been following my Facebook page, you know that my little sister graduated High School yesterday. It is crazy how time flies. It's already been 10 years since my High School graduation. Being at the ceremony yesterday reminded me of where I was 10 years ago. I had no idea what was ahead of me. I set out to study Vocal Performance and study music at Friends University. Little did I know, God would lead me to K-State, to my future husband, then to KC, and now to building a photography career. I am amazed at what God has done in these last ten years (and really my entire life). It seems like everything has been woven and intertwined to lead me to this point in life. I have no idea what the path before me is, but I trust that God will lead me.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

So, if I could give some advice to my little sister as she sets off to college it would be this verse. It says it all. Trust the Lord and let Him lead you.

All The Best,
MC
